Booking request:

When sending a booking request, it is important to provide all the details:

1. Address\City\Website link

2. Dates of stay

3. Number of guests and type of accommodation (single/double or number of rooms)

4. Nutrition (if necessary)

If you choose apartments, you will need the guest's contact number for communication. 

Direction of proposal:

We're making the proposal more readable.
The white price is indicated gross.
We're also adding the non-refundable tariff and the 5% VAT rate.

Important! 

Belov pays for the stay in full upfront, so stopping the reservation or issuing a refund is either difficult or impossible. It is always necessary to notify the client that the rate is non-refundable. 

As soon as Belov confirms the booking, we immediately notify the client that the stay has been booked and that we are awaiting a complete set of documents to show on the trip.
